How it works
To become a mentor, apply using this form. On a rolling basis, we will select the mentors based on their experience, commitment and background.
Mentors will be invited to meet teams in need of their expert guidance during the year. We will pair mentors with the teams that best matches their background. The mentoring relationship will start only upon mutual agreement between mentors and the teams to embark.
Mentoring for our flagship programme, u:seed, will be formalised by establishing the expectations and goals for the duration of the programme.
The teams and their mentors will sign a mentorship agreement outlining their commitment and the terms of their engagement at the beginning of the programme.
Mentors are expected to meet their team 1-2x month to guide them throughout their journey and will be invited to participate in our events throughout the programme to meet the other mentors and teams.
Mentors and mentees shall abide to this code of conduct, ensuring a professional, respectful, and productive mentoring relationship.
