Application process and contacts

Please note that all actions except for KA1 are managed by the DLE FSNF if the funding volume for the University of Vienna (or the total budget if the University of Vienna is coordinating) is ≥ 100.000 Euro, as they will need authorisation from the Rectorate.

If the funding volume is < 100.000 Euro, please contact your Faculty or Centre as the Dean/Head (or Vice-Dean/Vice-Head) should authorise your project application.

Please also note that for projects coordinated by the University of Vienna and with a total project budget ≥ 100.000 Euro, the Rectorate’s authorisation is needed (even if the University of Vienna’s budget share is < 100.000 Euro).

For KA 1 applications please contact the International Office.
